located in Maui, Hawaii, and would love to help plan your Maui

Important: Maui County has started to close many private home and
cottage vacation rentals. BUT, there are a small number of hotel
and apartment zoned homes, as well as several grandfathered residential
properties that will still be available for vacation rental.
- West
Maui condos and West
Maui homes -
Lahaina,
Kaanapali, Napili and Kapalua - a wide range of hotels, resorts, condos
and vacation homes.
- South
Maui - including Kihei, Wailea and Makena - outstanding
condo
options, as well as incredible oceanfront or beachfront estates.
The Wailea area has several gorgeous hotel zoned homes.
- North
Shore - Spreckelsville, Paia, and Kuau - unique homes and
cottages, many of them directly on the ocean. Note: we are
working with owners to determine which properties are grandfathered in
this area. Several homes near Mama's Fish House have hotel zoning.
- Upcountry
- Haiku, Kula, Makawao and Pukalani - escape from reality - peaceful,
rural,
scenic, and away from the crowds! This area offers several
B&B properties, as well as a small number of properties with
vacation rental permits.
